Cancellation Policy: I understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations to work and family. However, if an appointment is not canceled at least 48 hours in advance, you will be charged a non-refundable 50% fee of your scheduled service. While a complimentary text and email are sent out in advance to accommodate this policy, technology isn’t perfect and it is your responsibility to remember your appointment. Late Appointments: I understand that delays can happen, however, I do my very best to start every client on time. If you are 15 minutes past your scheduled time, we will have to reschedule/cancel the appointment, which will result in a 75% fee for missing the scheduled service. No-Show Policy: If you miss an appointment without canceling prior, I reserve the right to charge 75% of your scheduled appointment. Please understand that I schedule special time for you and without 48 hour notice, I cannot fill the spot you have reserved for your services.
